Your tasks include: You support the Digital Extras Steering & Processes team in exciting tasks in project and quality management around digital vehicle functions

You actively participate in day-to-day business and take part in a dynamic, cross-disciplinary project environment

You create, care and present project schedules as well as overviews of pending approvals and support transparency in project progress through regular tracking

You will gain insights into quality management activities and support work product audits as well as reviews to ensure compliance with ASPICE v4.0

You support the planning, organisation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and voting formats with relevant project partners

You prepare meaningful status reports and dashboards and thus contribute to a transparent communication of project progress towards relevant stakeholders

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Technical course of study, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study, such as economic engineering, business management with a technical focus or related courses

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Embossed self-motivation, initiative, willingness to deploy and team skills

Structured, proactive and reliable functioning as well as organisational and coordination strength in a dynamic environment

Good presentation and communication skills

Previous knowledge of digital extras and a class B driving licence are desirable

Additional information: The activity is provided in full time (35 hours/week).
