As a working student, you can participate in various topics as part of our Salesforce team. The conceptual elaboration, decision-making and professional responsibility are among the salesforce team's respective managers who support you through the following activities: Structured preparation of meeting results in the form of a clear process documentation Development and maintenance of the central documentation storage Support for training, training and ongoing user support Creation of instructions, support pages and extension of FAQ contents Implementation of inventory and purification of reports Structured preparation and visualization of Ecxel-based evaluations Ensuring data quality through plausibility checks and transparent documentation of vulnerabilities Working on the further development of data management standards Support in daily business and creation of communication content

Student enrolled in the degree programme Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration or comparable Structured working and the ability to document content in a comprehensible manner Very good Excel knowledge and a basic understanding for data structures/banks Very good to native German and good to very good English knowledge First experiences with Salesforce are desirable Experience with documentation tools and in the production of reports is advantageous Your interest in key figures and their evaluation as well as good communication skills complete your profile.
