Your mission

• You can structure yourself as a central contact person for the customer, efficiently organize the cooperation in the development team and stimulate your learning through giving feedback
• You understand architecture requirements, can implement them, critically question and you know measures to review and secure software quality
• You have very good knowledge of Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Testing, Cloud Native, Databases, Security and GenAI topics and understand the overall picture of the project including its implications
• You have expertise in market-relevant Cloud Ecosystems and a good overview of current IT trends
• You can assess whether implementation requirements, testability and actual customer needs are complete
• You can estimate expenses, take into account the impact on sales and costs and develop and apply a corresponding accounting logic
• You can customize and use agile and other methods

Your skill set

• You appear confident and secure as a consultant and understand how to address different target groups
• As a networker, you use your communication strength for stakeholder management and recognize the customer's needs to generate new business and secure inventory business
• You can put yourself into others, spontaneously ask constructive demands and create common perspectives
• You are an experienced Tech Lead, focus on team control for Shoring projects and are ready to provide customer deployments on site
• You work effectively in multinational teams, bridge cultural differences and know country-specific and language-specific peculiarities, while you master German and English safely.
• You have several years of professional experience in the development of high-availability R and scalable software applications and take over professional leadership in software projects
