For the Husum and Flensburg sites, we are looking for a specialist group management (m/w/d). Depending on the location of the service, you take over the leadership of a team of up to 16 employees and bear the responsibility for the planning, implementation and operation of FBT as part of demanding federal construction measures in northern Schleswig-Holstein.

You are planning personnel and representation schemes You coordinate and structure the projects, the distribution of tasks and the workflows within the departments You develop change processes and create transparency for employees You are in constant exchange of information with your employees, e.g. on new runs, workflows, etc., and are inter-disciplinary with other specialist groups and with FBT, users and builders.

You are responsible for the quality assurance of the planning and construction documents and ensure compliance with the statutory provisions. You monitor the costs, dates and qualities within your responsibility

You have a completed university degree with the discipline of architecture / construction or civil engineering You already have adequate professional experience in construction or planning, preferably in public administration You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in word and writing in German You attach great importance to a good operating climate, individually address the needs of your employees and support them in questions You stand for the team and themselves and promote information exchange and cooperation You maintain an open feedback culture and strive for a fast and portable solution in conflicts You have a class B driving licence to travel within Schleswig-Holstein Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period
