The interdisciplinary medical centre “Transplantation Medicine” combines all departments of the UKM that are responsible for transplant medicine. This concerns both the visceral organs (lever, kidney, pancreas, intestine) and the areas of bone marrow and cornea transplantation. The office is assigned to the Board of Directors of the Transplantation Centre and forms a link between the various departments and clinics. These include the General, Visceral and Transplant Surgery Clinic as well as the two Medical Clinics A (Hämatology), B (Hepatology and Gastroenterology) and D (Nephrology).
