Project engineer for building services as client representative (m/f/d)

The construction project company Ludwigshafen mbH (BPG) was founded by the city of Ludwigshafen in 2020 and has since become a building contractor's representative a central role in the implementation of urban infrastructure projects in civil and civil engineering. About 50 employees work with us to develop the city in a sustainable manner – in an environment that promotes responsibility, estimates self-initiative and supports continuous development. Our projects are all close to our office. This ensures short distances, facilitates the vote and allows to be regularly on site – a welcome change to the everyday office. In addition, we are technically supporting the construction and renovation of the Rhine bridges.

Just do it - come to us As a project engineer TGA (Technical building equipment), you will accompany new, remodeling and extension projects from planning, tendering and awarding to realization and commissioning. You tax the technical building equipment companies, keep costs, appointments and quality in mind and ensure an economic and timely implementation of the projects. The position is aimed at experienced engineers who want to introduce their technical know-how in a responsible client function. You coordinate the cooperation of all the specialist planners, special engineers and executive companies involved and contribute significantly to the success of demanding construction projects. Perception of the building function for all matters of technical building equipment (TGA) Integrated control of new, remodelling and extension projects across all phases of the project Ensuring cost, appointment and quality objectives Coordination and control of specialist planners, special engineers and exporting companies Examination and evaluation of planning, technical concepts and tender and award documents Technical support of tendering and awarding processes and participation in technical decisions Management of planning, coordination and construction meetings and coordination with internal and external project participants Monitoring of the construction design and monitoring of functional testing, commissioning, acceptances and handovers Tracking deficiencies and ensuring correct deficiencies Creation of reports and decision templates and ensuring compliance with legal, technical and regulatory requirements

Successfully completed studies of supply technology, building technology, energy and building system technology, technical building equipment or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning, control or realization of TGA projects Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations Experience in dealing with specialist planning offices, special engineers and exporting companies and associated interdisciplinary cooperation Embossed technical understanding and routine in cost, appointment and quality management Structured and solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Safe handling of digital work and project management tools Willingness to regularly accompany projects on site and to carry out construction site appointments
