The third-party and funding sector is responsible for the financial and administrative handling of all third-party funding projects of the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences, both in the field of public research funding and in the field of economic activities, such as contract research and services.

Leadership of the subject area Third and funding with seven dedicated employees, including technical and organisational coordination and development of staff and business processes Advising the departments and project leaders as part of the application, use and settlement of third-party projects Examination of third-party contracts in cooperation with the law service and the project and application service Preparation, coordination and supervision of external tests of the respective donors Reporting to ministries and authorities and compiling statistics and internal reports Working with Process Optimization for Finance Service

Completion of a Fachhochschul-, Bachelor- or Berufsakademiestudies in the fields of economic, administrative or legal science Preparatory expertise in budgetary, administrative and grant law as well as funding institutions and programmes ideally relevant professional experience in the fields of third-party funding or household, finance and law, preferably at state universities, research institutions or comparable public institutions Knowledge of tax law desirable Leadership, organisational skills and team skills as well as demonstrable experience in leadership of teams or project management very good analytical skills as well as an independent, solution- and service-oriented working method communication strength as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge desirable
