formulation and monitoring of quality requirements for induction and synchronous motors as well as associated components such as brakes and transmitters in development projects Designing the control loops from product monitoring, serial support and production processes into product production and the start-up of new products Organisation and moderation of workshops with interdisciplinary teams for systematic identification and control of fault risks, e.g. by FMEA Coordination of the Eco-Screening of product designs for the classification of components according to 9R and the determination of the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) in the Eco-Score Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials through AI-based solutions

Your qualification studies mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification Product knowledge of the functioning of rotating electrical machines Experience in product development for series products of advantage First knowledge with guidelines and standards in the field of electromechanics (e.g. low voltage directive, machine directive, eco design) Knowledge of Functional Safety according to IEC 61508 / 13849 / 61800-5 Ideally knowledge in the field of product security desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
