Ensuring trouble-free and safe operation of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work according to contractual requirements Service-oriented support of customers, tenants and users as well as first contact person in the object Creation and maintenance of documentation, protocols, lists of defects and reports of damage and activity Coordination, monitoring and acceptance of services of external service providers and subcontractors

Complete technical training as plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, central heating farmer, ventilation farmer, gas and water installer or mechatronic for refrigeration technology At least three years of professional experience in technical building operations, facility management or building engineering Ideally qualification as a specialist for fire protection flaps Advanced safety review (Ü2) available or willingness to pass through them together with SPIE German knowledge of level C1 and driving licence class B
