Your tasks

As a working student (m/w/d), you support the team with your skills and knowledge in the following responsible activities:

Visibility and categorisation of incoming customer requests Separation of operational orders from other customers Pre-testing of customer orders at radio sites with regard to completeness and technical feasibility Direct communication with customers, in particular to exchange relevant plan and project documents and to clarify open points and obtain missing information Collection of customer orders in the IT systems

Your skills

For this activity, you will study in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on technology or business management or a comparable degree course. In addition, the following skills and knowledge complete your profile:

First experience in handling digital order processing tools (e.g. hybrid forms, ERP systems such as SAP or NXO, DMS) desirable Technical basic understanding in the field of telecommunications, construction or infrastructure Secure handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word) Good communication and presentation skills Adaptability and high understanding in a fast-paced environment Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Teampirit and Hands-On-Mentality
