Deputy Pedagogical Director (m/f/d)

You support the management in the technical control of our facilities and the further development of the educational orientation of our institution. You work closely with the Kita guides, our specialist consultancy and the HR department and take on personnel responsibility for employees in the facilities. You accompany and advise our Kita guides in educational and organizational questions, develop pedagogical concepts and quality standards with further emphasis on the implementation of legal and carrier-internal requirements. You are planning needs-oriented offers for our in-house training program and participate in municipal bodies as well as in carrier meetings. You take over the disciplinary leadership and support of employees in the facilities and conduct employee, development and short-term discussions. You support the management forces in personnel planning and personnel deployment, accompany onboarding and in-house processes and promote the development of employees and teams. You accompany conflicts, human measures and change processes. In close cooperation with the management and the personnel department, you can clarify matters relating to labour law. You control and develop the recruitment process together with the Kita guidelines and the HR department and conduct interviews. You participate in the placement planning for trainees, accompany them during their training and develop cooperations with specialist schools, universities and relevant networks.

Successfully completed studies of social education, childhood education or pedagogy or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in a management function in the Kita area as well as sound knowledge in personnel management and recruiting. Technical safety in educational matters and in the further development of concepts and quality standards. High social competence, communication strength as well as a binding, empathic and value-adding leadership style. Organisational skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Safe handling of digital tools and administrative processes as well as identification with the values of our carrier.
