Operational Purchasing of Technical Drawing Parts and DIN Parts Creation of MRP suggestions for obtaining drawings and DIN parts from different product groups Control and ensuring the availability of materials taking into account requirements, stocks and delivery times Coordination and time monitoring of current orders, including escalations in delivery delays Proposals for the care and optimization of the MRP parameters Organisation and settlement of orders for external production partners Ensuring a timely delivery for external manufacturing processes Management and tracking of assigned components for minimizing misuses and delays in delivery Pick-up and comparison of offers to improve purchasing conditions Implementation of price queries and identification of potential savings Negotiations to improve purchasing conditions with existing and new suppliers Supplier selection support based on costs, quality and delivery reliability Review and analysis of supply bottlenecks, quality deviations and other purchasing problems Close coordination with internal departments to solve supply and quality problems (alternative suppliers) Documentation and tracking of escalation cases Creation of design specifications for technical drawings Request of technical drawings for component request or disposition Communication with suppliers for clarification of technical questions and coordination on specifications and material requirements Ensuring completeness and up-to-date technical documentation, including drawings and specifications for ordering Monitoring of quantities, stocks and needs Development of proposals for minimum stocks, order quantities to avoid material bottlenecks Identification and implementation of improvement measures in the purchasing processes Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as sales, warehouses, logistics, quality management and workshop for process optimization Maintenance and optimization of filters in Navision for better control of purchasing processes Ensuring the correct and complete maintenance of supplier and order data in the ERP system performing regular master data checks to avoid errors Support in the further development of the ERP system in the area of purchasing and disposition

completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional qualification in purchasing Professional experience in operational purchasing or in a comparable function Good knowledge of contract, supply and complaint management Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft NAV) and MS Office Basic knowledge of the technical field Structured and independent operation Embossed communication and organizational capability Negotiation and enforcement Teamability and high service and solution orientation Loadability and schedule
