Techniker Automation 2nd Level Support (m/f/d)

About the role Technical responsibility for availability, maintenance, fault analysis and continuous improvement of automation systems such as wafer transport systems (WTS), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), RFID systems and Load&Go systems in 24/7 production operation. This is your new role Advanced troubleshooting and repair • Implementation of complex fault analyses at system and component level • Analysis of causes of recurring disturbances • Implementation of repairs and technical changes • 1st level support Preventive maintenance • Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance • Creation and optimization of maintenance concepts • Ensuring long-term plant and spare parts availability System responsibility • Technical responsibility for defined automation systems: • Maintenance of technical documentation • Creation of work instructions and OCAPs • Training of supporters and operators • Analysis of MTBF, MTTR and availability indicators • Identification of key failures and implementation of technical improvements • Support for upgrades and system extensions Supplier and project management • Coordination of external service partners • Technical decrease of maintenance work • Working with new installations, qualifications and reconstructions • Support for automation projects

• State-certified technician or bachelor degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology • Electricity (forced) • Multiannual experience in maintenance of complex production plants, ideally in semiconductor production or automation technology • Ready for shiftwork • Analytical and systematic approach • High ownership and project-oriented work • Communication strength at all levels • Good knowledge of German and English • Experience in handling MS Office, SAP and ticket systems Talent acquisition based on Nexperia
