Expert Business Analysis (m/f/d)

You are responsible for coordinating all activities for defined software applications within the TAL Group – in particular in the areas of design, testing, operation and continuous improvement. The aim is to ensure a smooth running of work and information processes within the company through optimized software solutions. Project management Head of defined IT projects in own responsibility Creation of project and resource plans Coordination and communication with all stakeholders Coordination of internal and external resources Ensuring quality and scope Requirements Management Understanding technical and technical requirements Proactive advice and critical assessment of requirements Classification (Incident, Problem, Change Request) Translation in IT-Changes Implementation of impact analyses regarding: Costs Effects on IT landscape Effects on Business Change Management Assessment of necessary IT changes (e.g. requirements, updates, patches, migrations) Release planning Selection of service providers Coordination of internal and external resources Implementation Test and release management Core tasks (main tasks) Requirements analysis Process design together with the team Identification of problems and errors Development of solutions and their communication Support in the implementation of solutions Supplier and development management Creation of test scenarios Ensuring application quality 1st Level Support for defined applications Creating workarounds and solutions User and permission management Creation of user and system documentation Other tasks License management Innovation Continuous Improvement of Processes and Technologies Technologies Business Process Applications (TASCO, CARLOS, TIMOS)

Education and experience Study of Computer Science or IT-related training At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the technical environment Expertise Experience with the technologies mentioned Knowledge of process design and documentation Funded knowledge in IT project management Knowledge of IT Change Management Very good knowledge of the relevant application systems Very good English skills MS Office knowledge Personal competencies Team skills Strong customer orientation Good communication skills Ability to translate requirements in IT solutions Class B driving licence (for occasional travel) Loadability and schedule
