In your new role, you are the central contact person for operational and commercial managers around the use of foreign companies and ensure compliance with all requirements, taking into account liability risks and legal and internal requirements You control internal admission processes for third-party companies and accompany contract negotiations with after-contractors You carry out internal audits to comply with all relevant requirements and are regularly used directly on our construction projects on site Test results are structured and the associated documentation and reporting is responsible Existing processes continue to develop, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements together with the departments The commercial regional management will support you in business topics such as monthly and annual accounts and financial year planning

Commercial training or business/economic studies, ideally with experience in the field of personnel, construction or services Basic understanding of contracts and the purchase of temporary staff and subcontractors Safe appearance, clear communication and basic technical understanding in the operating environment Routinized in handling MS Office (especially Word and Excel), SAP knowledge of advantage Structured and independent working combined with team skills and organizational talent readiness for occasional missions in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony
