Responsible management and control of demanding sanitary or metal projects Planning, organisation and monitoring of project processes in terms of quality, dates and costs Calculation and creation of offers and participation in contract negotiations Coordination of employees, subcontractors and suppliers Control of construction site processing and ensuring smooth project execution Contact for customers, planners, architects and other project participants Subsequent management and project controlling Participation in the optimization of processes and structures in the project business Perspective takeover of leadership tasks as part of the further organisational structure

Successfully completed training in the SHK-Handwerk or Metallbau/Spengler, ideally with further training as master, technician or engineer (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in the project management of sanitary, spengler or TGA projects Good knowledge of calculation, VOB, project management and construction site organization Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility Communication strength and joy in the leadership and development of people Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation Interest to actively shape the future of the company beyond the pure project responsibility
