Workforce Management Lead (m/f/d)

Description Tasks The Workforce Management Lead (m/w/d) is responsible for the strategic needs and personnel planning as well as the economic and legal control of all planning processes of the Business Unit. It guides the planning teams, implements key requirements and ensures efficient, KPI-oriented deployment planning at all locations. Control of annual, monthly and weekly planning as well as ensuring a timely, quality-assured transfer of plans according to SLA Responsibility for compliance with all legal, collective and operational requirements (LuftSiG, ArbZG, collective agreements, operating agreements) Adapting capacity requirements with customers, stations, HR, recruiting and central interfaces Implementation and further development of central layer models, capacity parameters and occupation strategies in all BU locations Ensuring uniform planning standards, data quality and binding rules for day-to-day planning and disposition Analysis of target-actual deviations, control of the Plan-Treue and derivation of economically effective measures for KPI stabilization Professional and disciplinary leadership of WFM and planning teams including coaching, qualification management and further development Escalation management in planning disorders, undercovers and capacity risks as well as resource management in top and special situations Creation of reports, analyses and decision bases for controlling, management, customers and audits Close cooperation with Head of Central Planning, Controlling & Analytics, HR, Recruiting, Station Management and participation in customer discussions (e.g. Federal Police, Airports)

Qualifications That's what you bring: You have completed your studies or vocational training as well as several years of experience in the Workforce Management You bring well-founded tactical and operational planning experience – ideally in the aviation or 24/7 environment ArbZG, MTV Aviation, Works Council specifications and the AirSiG are perfectly familiar to you and you can safely apply the requirements GroundStar, SPX and RealTime do you very well and use them routined in the daily business You have experience in managing decentralized planning units and know how to control teams structured KPI control, forecasting and capacity modeling are among your strengths and you meet data-based decisions Analytical, structured and process-oriented – this way you describe your work and also systematically address complex challenges Communication is your core competencies: You can convince, moderate and perform confidently in challenging situations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, of course
