“FSI Regulatory & Compliance” is one of the priority growth topics of our FSI Practice in the DACH area (Financial Services Industry). As a Regulatory & Compliance Lead, you shape the spearhead of our Go-to-Market strategy, define a convincing Value Proposition and guide our consulting and solution portfolio from the idea to the successful implementation of banks and insurers.

Your mission:

• Value-Proposition & Offering-Roadmap Analysis of regulatory challenges (e.g. DORA, EU AI Act, Basel IV/CRR III, MiCAR, AML/KYC, MaRisk/BAIT) and translation into marketable services & offerings.
• Go-to-Market & Pipeline Building Up and expansion of a load-bearing project pipeline including “smart entrances” (including impact assessments, readiness checks, rapid compliance laboratories) at new and existing customers.
• Shape delivery model Definition of the end-to-end delivery model (Skills mix, Tech stack, Partner ecosystem) in close cooperation with Service Lines, CoEs and external technology/RegTech partners.
• Business-Case Responsibility** . Managing revenue, profitability and investment targets for regulatory & compliance.
• Thought Leadership & Brand positioning NTT DATA as a Trusted Advisor through lectures, publications, social media contributions and active participation in industry bodies.
• Delivery Excellence Role as a subject-matter expert, project manager or advisor in lighthouse projects to ensure methodology and quality standards.
• Stakeholder orchestration Close cooperation in the matrix with sales, delivery, partner management and industry CTOs as well as maintaining a strong network in the FSI community.

Your Skillset:

• Industrial & regulatory expertise More than 5 years of experience in consulting financial institutions on regulatory/compliance issues; excellent understanding of European & national supervisory requirements (BaFin, EBA, ESMA, FINMA).
• Transformation Experience Detectional management of regulatory/compliance programs (e.g. DORA-Gap-Assesments, KYC/AML-Target-Operating-Models, Risk & Controls Automation).
• Technological foundation knowledge of modern GRC platforms, cloud compliance architectures, data governance frameworks and automation tools (RPA, GenAI-based Reg-Intelligence).
• Business Development & Solutioning** routine in offering and contract design for complex delivery scenarios as well as a resilient network to decision-makers:inside in banks & insurance.
• Methods & leadership skills Secure use of design-thinking, value-based consultation, Agile delivery; Ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams.
• Communication & languages . Convincing Story-Telling and Treatable German and English Knowledge
