As part of your activity, you take over the implementation, support and further development of the CAFM system that supports efficient management and maintenance of our properties. Then get yourself in: With the help of your organizational client, you will process your tasks: They are responsible for the implementation, administration and further development of the CAFM software Spartacus. By creating and evaluating reports, you actively contribute to optimizing the commercial building management processes. You keep an overview: You take over the administration of the CAFM system and ensure uniform usage according to defined standards. With your expertise, you will develop the system in a targeted manner: Optimizations and additions of the CAFM system will help you implement them in a targeted manner and will introduce users to the new functions of the system. They act as a central contact point: they bundle and structure employees' requests with a view to the CAFM system and support users through training.

Education: They have technical or commercial training, a scientific study or a comparable qualification. Experience: They bring professional experience in a comparable field of activity, for example in IT project management or in the application and administration of a CAFM system. Knowledge: Ideally, you have knowledge of project work. Personality: They are characterized by their reliability, independent functioning and a pronounced IT affinity.
