In this function, you perform the following tasks: You give our customers general product information in the securities sector and inform them about our products You are responsible for the service processing. This includes the reproduction of bills, processing of securities orders and corrections. Support our customers to set up and manage our securities offerings You have a co-responsibility for the proper success of all securities processes. In doing so, you contribute to the continuous optimization of processes You are responsible for the transparent design of internal and external communication to the securities service

Ideally, you have: good training and professional experience in private and individual customer business combined with a 1-2-year professional experience in the relevant field Knowledge in the field of securities: Secure handling of different types of securities, their characteristics and functions, as well as the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. Experience in customer service and service processing: ability to process customer requests structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented – from simple requests to more complex service processes such as billing or order corrections. secure handling of bank-internal IT systems and securities platforms: Competent use of technical tools and systems for handling securities transactions and services, including online banking systems. the ability to penetrate and understand information in a short time, identify relationships and set meaningful priorities. Thinking in holistic structures and processes is easy for you. the ability to build trusted customer relationships. You identify customer needs and react flexibly to them. You always have a look at the balance between the interests of the bank and the customers and can identify relevant trends through your great market and customer-related expertise and derive potential opportunities from them.
