Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your tasks – you have our numbers under control You take over the independent supervision and organization of the accounting system of our wine cooperative. These include in particular: Creditor and debitor accounting Plant accounting Payment and liquidity monitoring Dunning and monitoring of open items accounting support of our membership Preparation and participation in the financial statements Revenue tax pre-registrations and other USt funds Preparation of documents for tax declarations administrative tasks in personnel management Preparation of wage and salary billing Cooperation with tax consultancy, audit or cooperative audit association and authorities Creation and preparation of business evaluations for management and management board In short, you ensure that our accounting functions reliably, deadlines are respected and our figures are correct.

We are looking for an experienced personality who can not only “worked” accounting, but can provide professionally safe and independent care for a medium-sized company. Ideally, you will bring: a completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist, financial accountant, account holder or comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting sound knowledge of creditor, debitor and asset accounting Experience in the creation or Preparation of annual accounts good knowledge of turnover tax Experience in preparing wage and salary bills safe handling of accounting software as well as MS Office, especially Excel a structured, careful and independent operation Reliability, sense of responsibility and discretion We are particularly important: you can also keep an overview, identify relationships and take responsibility for your area in a variety of tasks.
