Team Leader Research & Development (m/f/d)

You lead and develop a team of product developers. With your team, you will develop new products in the sugar goods sector in our well-equipped technology and establish associated new technologies and procedures. In the interdisciplinary projects you represent the perspective of research & development. You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of development and optimization projects, compile independently model series and present them before management. You take over the practical implementation of test series and accompany the commissioning of new products. You also act as a contact person and work with production, technical departments and marketing and management in a targeted manner.

With your studies focusing on food, such as food technology, ecotrophology or process engineering, you have laid the foundation of your qualification. You have already gained practical experience in the confectionery industry, ideally in product development. If you already have leadership experience, this is advantageous. You have secure English skills. The common Microsoft Office applications are used to routinate and have ideally already worked with mi SAP. Their work is characterized by organisational skill, self-initiative and commitment, You convince with strong communicative skills at all hierarchy levels and you are handcrafted.
