You take responsibility for all key figures in the service area and bring light to the dark with your evaluations. Every month you create and interpret meaningful KPI reports from financial data and take decisive action together with the executives. They are the Sparringspartner*in and coach for our executives to train their financial understanding and empower them to control their numbers themselves – a real know-how transfer! They actively shape budget creation and forecasts for the German aftermarket sector and contribute significantly to financial management. They identify optimization potentials and are the engine for positive changes in the service sector in order to improve performance sustainably.

A completed study (e.g. BWL with focus on controlling) or a commercial training with further education in the field of finance/controlling. Multiannual professional experience in a similar position, ideally with specialization in the service environment. Secure knowledge in SAP FI/CO, SAC as well as in dealing with Google Workspace or MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in the formation and analysis of KPIs. Negotiating knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, combined with communication strength and enthusiasm to impart knowledge and to train others. Analytical thinking and the ability to make complex data understandable. High self-initiative and problem-solving competence to establish new processes and optimize existing ones.
