You guide the team controlling and precious metal controlling You contribute to the new conception and introduction of a control system, including the implementation in the ERP system You control, develop and optimize controlling processes taking into account the peculiarities of the precious metal industry You are responsible for costing models and calculations as well as the further development and implementation of internal reporting You coordinate and manage budget planning and support corporate governance in implementing corporate strategy You accompany professionally and support the monthly and annual financial statements, create economic bills and business plans and are the central contact person for specialist areas and management in all aspects relevant to controlling.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or a commercial training with corresponding training You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with industry knowledge in the precious metal or raw material environment You have first to several years of experience in managing employees or project teams You have very good knowledge of MS Office 365 as well as a safe handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP You know very good German and good English skills in word and writing You are characterized by high sense of responsibility, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action, high loyalty and absolute discretion You have analytical strength, enforcing ability and target orientation as well as a high self-initiative, a structured way of working and pronounced communication and team skills
