Kitchen Assistant Cologne Mensa Kitchen - Intention to take over (m/f/d)

♪ We are currently looking for: Küchenhilfe (m/w/d) Köln Mensakitchen- takeover plan in Cologne

♪ For a Mensa cuisine in Cologne we are looking for a motivated kitchen help (m/w/d) 30 hours/weekly (Monday-Friday)

These are your tasks

Pre- and preparation of food

Regenerating products with the help of convectomates and preparation of supplements (fresh or TK goods)

Cut vegetables and fruit

Preparation of simple dishes such as prepared salads, desserts, simple dressings/saucen and creative composition of overhangs

Cleaning work such as dishwashing, cleaning/final cleaning of work surfaces and kitchen appliances

Maintaining general hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Importance and storage

Support in the food issue

Working parttime Monday to Friday 09:00 to 15:00

This will bring you

Professional experience in gastronomy

Want to work in a mensa kitchen with regulated working hours

Current teaching according to §43 IfSG (Reference)
