Department of Stationary Processing PZ Obertshausen; Operating technology package

WAZ 38.5 h/Where Date of occupation: immediately

Key tasks:

• Ensuring a continuous and smooth production process
• Maintenance of all operational equipment in 3-shift operation
• Cause analysis and elimination of production-relevant disturbances
• Optimization of maintenance management processes for technical installations
• Vulnerability analyses, damage evaluations etc. for regular improvement of all industrial objects
• Planning, control and coordination of the employees of the shift, lead to proof of working time
• Synchronization of maintenance activities to ensure a continuous and smooth production process in cooperation with the AV disponent
• Implementation of necessary documentation, shift reports and techn. Evaluations
• Ensuring compliance with labour law and other current regulations
• Multiplier for the training and instruction of technicians

Technical requirements:

• Professional training as a mechatronic or vocational training in an electric profession with training as a master or state-tested technician
• Qualification as an electrical power according to VDE 0100 i.V. / and VDE 01005
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in the area of responsibility of a shift leader
• Good PC and Office knowledge
• Good knowledge of sorting systems and conveyor technology
