AI Specialist Digitalization & Coordination (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Introduction, Implementation & Development: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and further development of an internal AI solution as well as the identification and implementation of automation potentials in business processes. Project & Interface Management: You control the AI project across departments and coordinate cooperation between departments, management and external partners. Requirement & Process Management: You analyze business processes, identify suitable AI applications together with the departments and evaluate their benefits for the company. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You create concepts and documentation, train employees and promote the company-wide use of the AI. Governance & Compliance: You take into account the requirements of data protection, information security and other legal requirements.

You have completed their studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, economic engineering or comparable training. You bring professional experience in the introduction of new technologies and the coordination of cross-departmental projects. You have profound knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence (LLM, Generative AI, Machine Learning) as well as in the analysis and optimization of business processes. You have a good understanding of business relations. Ideally, you understand modern software architectures and API-based systems. You work structured, independent, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex tasks. You will be distinguished by your analytical and innovative way of working. You convince by your communication strength, like working in the team and actively engage.
