You should also:

• Completed training as a machining mechanoic or a further training for CNC machining
• Experiences in the mechanical orientation of individual parts or small numbers on 5-axis CNC machining centres
• Application-proof knowledge in the Heidenhain and/or Siemens control
• Self-employed, quality and result-oriented working in the Beam
• Accuracy and Conscience
• Willingness to constantly expand your own expertise
• Spatial imagination
• Team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German

Your tasks:

• Processing of highly complex castings on 5-axis CNC machining machines (mills/turning), with Heidenhain or Siemens control
• Roughs of factory and equipment with the most modern technology
• Clamping and alignment of the cast parts for the following machining
• Insert the CNC machining according to drawing or Customer specification
• Create or customize NC programs with the CAM systems Tebis or TopSolid according to drawing and data set
