A successfully completed study with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, business management or a completed commercial training with corresponding training and well-founded professional experience in human resources Multiannual professional experience in personnel development and practical experience in the planning, control and implementation of HR projects Ideally experience in occupational health management or interest in health-promoting topics Joy in developing processes and actively introducing new ideas A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Communication strength and a professional and binding occurrence Safe handling of digital applications and common MS Office programs An open personality that carries our valuable corporate culture
