Identification of potentials. Optimization of commercial processes Organisational support of commercial management, costing and controlling Establishment and introduction of new strategies in finance, controlling, HR and materials management Preparation of investment and organisational decisions Building meaningful analyses and reports Developing recommendations for management Support for the company's international commitment Accompanying the construction of new sites in corporate, commercial and tax issues Continuous development of costing tools

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in controlling, ideally in an internationally operating production or trading company Excellent analytical skills, a high number affinity and the ability to quickly capture and understand complex relationships Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with a “hands-on” mentality High-level communication team player Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with common ERP systems is advantageous German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
