Your tasks: • Installation and maintenance: responsibility for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical installations, lighting systems, building/industrial technology and their infrastructure • Building automation: participation in the planning, installation and maintenance of building control technology (e.g. GLT), and energy distribution systems • Disruption management: rapid diagnosis and elimination of electrical disturbances, including documentation in digital systems (e.g. CAFM) • Security and compliance: compliance with VDE regulations, safety regulations and regular testing of electrical installations • Energy efficiency: support in optimising energy consumption and implementing sustainability measures • Coordination: cooperation with home managers, group employees and external service providers

Your strengths: • Complete vocational training as an electrical installerin, electronic engineerin (energy and building technology) or comparable qualification • Cross-comers with professional experience are particularly welcome • Knowledge of weak and high-current installation • Class B driving licence and flexibility for use in the object area • Self-working, problem-solving and customer orientation • Adaptability to new technologies and safety standards
