Number: MER00048IJ The area of sales of the future (VDZ) is shaping the future of Mercedes-Benz sales in Germany. We develop new processes, methods and digital solutions for the entire retail network. A central element of our communication is the new Retail Platform. It will be expanded to the central information and communication platform for all retail locations in Germany. For this exciting task we are looking for a creativen and motivatedn intern who develops modern communication formats and actively shapes the platform. Your tasks: Support in building and developing the new Retail Platform

Migration of existing content from the previous retail portal to the new environment

Development of a modern and targeted information architecture

Creating and preparing editorial content for different target groups in retail

Conception and production of digital communication formats

Development of explanation videos, animations, tutorials and application films

graphic design, presentations and interactive content

Analysis of current trends in digital communication, social media and content experience

Participation in communication campaigns about the transformation of sales

Close cooperation with departments, retail representatives and project teams

Studies in the field of media sciences, communication sciences, digital media, media design, marketing, journalism or a comparable degree programme

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Interest in storytelling, user experience and digital platforms

First experiences with image, video or animation software are of advantage
