Ensuring the strategic, economic and content performance of the business segment portfolio “Identities & Credentials” and designing the further development and growth of the portfolio (further) development and shaping of the portfolio's strategic target in line with the corporate and business objectives and the requirements of the target markets and customers Professional leadership and targeted further development of the employees of the portfolio Definition and monitoring of measures to measure success and achieve goals, as well as optimisation and further development of the execution organisation Design, development and optimization of processes, methods and strategic principles in coordination with other organisational units Participation in cross-sectoral and cross-competence teams, lead of (partial) projects, if necessary Conception and implementation of workshops, trainings and presentations as well as takeover of special strategic tasks Advising internal and external stakeholders and deriving sound recommendations for action and reporting to the management team in close cooperation with other executives

Successfully completed university studies of engineering, economic or natural sciences, business informatics or comparable Reliable experience in portfolio, product or business field management, ideally in digital portals or register solutions Funded expertise and strategic-analytical know-how as well as entrepreneurship Management and social competence in conjunction with consulting and solution competence and corresponding negotiation and communication skills Team spirit, self-initiative, self-employment and sovereign appearance Process and system-oriented operation as well as enforcement skills, even in complex project situations
