Number: MER0003KSB The product management Compact Cars takes care of the Mercedes-Benz compact vehicles of tomorrow and ensures the optimal implementation of market and customer requirements in the product development process. We analyse market developments as well as competitive activities and derive appropriate product measures in cooperation with our markets, design and research & development. We accompany our products in every step of the product life cycle. The focus is on the coordination and control of all activities relating to the market launches of our next generation of new compact models - starting with the new CLA. Our work is characterized by a very international environment and a maximum of passion for our products. These challenges include: Conception of emotional products and attractive vehicle equipment Developing exciting, future-oriented solutions for customer needs Controlling all product-relevant topics, not only within Marketing & Sales, but also with stakeholders from all other management departments (Research & Development, Controlling, etc.) Working with activities to launch our new models using the 4P marketing mix Global support of the product and answering complex product questions Support for the coordination and control of cross-product issues on supply logic, portfolio and strategy Creation of decision templates based on fact-based inputs from the market, customers and competition Competition analyses and market observation Support of the team in operational daily business

Course in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course German and English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications Analytical way of thinking, rapid understanding and conceptual skills Fun and experience in dealing with different contact persons as well as a highly customer-oriented way of thinking and action Commitment and reliability as well as independent working Creativity and team skills driving licence class B General interest in the automotive/mobile industry/mobility area Experience abroad is a plus, but no requirement Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
