Xenio Marketing GmbH is a digital communication agency focusing on B2B brands.** At our location in Leipzig, we help companies from industry, technology and services to make their brands, products and services digitally visible – strategic, creative and measurable.

For the management and further development of our agency, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking personality that combines strategic thinking with digital know-how.

Your tasks

● Further development of the service portfolio in the field of digital communication

● Development and control of integrated marketing strategies for our agency as well as for our customers (focus: B2B, digital)

● Management and implementation of marketing campaigns in relevant channels

● Close cooperation with creation, project management and programming

● Analysis of KPIs, derivation of data-based optimization measures

● Impetus for new trends, tools and methods in digital marketing

● Expansion of existing customer relationships

● Agency representation to the outside – towards customers & partners

● Development and mentoring of the team

You bring that with

● Multiannual experience in digital marketing, ideally on the agency side or in a B2B-oriented company

● Complete studies, preferably in the field of communication, marketing or economics

● Funded knowledge in areas such as performance marketing, content, SEO/SEA, marketing automation and digital communication

● Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality

● Experience in customer communication and presentation

● Safe handling of common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta/Ads etc.)

● Secure appearance, communication strength and enthusiasm for team and agency development

● Very good German knowledge, good English
