As a Lean Transformation Manager, you are responsible for the transformation of the business by using lean principles and methods. They support the organization in setting priorities and effectively implementing process improvements. They contribute directly to the improvement of KPIs. Manager Operational Excellence (gn)

Process optimization: Identify process efficiency, initiate improvements and standardize processes for maximum effectiveness. Performance monitoring: Implement, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) Project management: management of lean transformation projects, ensuring target definition, resource allocation and successful project completion Development and Implementation of Lean Transformation Strategies: Optimization of Processes and Improving Efficiency at Our Sites Communication: Cooperation with stakeholders, in particular from other value flows, to promote lean initiatives and to ensure their successful implementation Process Responsibility: actively shape the offer-to-order process and ensure smooth processes between offer and order

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Related Areas At least 5 years of experience in process management and lean transformation (e.g. management of production teams, achievement of operating results, implementation of projects and improvements) Detectional success in the application of Lean principles and methods, with the ability and passion to teach and coach Lean in a broad organization Strong project management skills IT knowledge in MS Office and various reporting tools Analytical way of thinking with the ability to translate data into feasible insights Flowing in German and English, with the ability to work together across functions and internationally
