Braun Gesundheitsservice GmbH, we are looking for a project and process manager (w/m/d) with a focus on operational evaluations at the Hilter site at Teutoburger Wald. By using modern analysis and reporting solutions, we create transparency about important business processes and support data-based decisions in B. Braun's HomeCare business. As part of our team, you will help support specialist areas and management with meaningful key figures, dashboards and analyses and promote the further development of our process landscape.

Recording, structuring and prioritization of reporting and analysis requirements from the departments Conception, development and development of dashboards, reports and key figures systems in Power BI Analysis and processing of corporate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other source systems Close cooperation with the departments and controlling to define KPIs Development of standards for reporting, data quality and key data definitions Identification of optimization potentials by data-based analyses and derivation of action recommendations Presentation of analytical results to departments, executives and management Working with digitalization and process optimization projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, economics or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on business partnering Very good practical experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, including data modeling, visualization and requirement conversion Knowledge of data structures, data processing and interface logic, ideally with SQL identifiers Ability to interpret complex data Knowledge of health benefits Very good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel Personal competencies: You work structured and have the ability to translate technical requirements into meaningful reports and key figures You have a high degree of analytical thinking and problem-solving competence You have the pleasure of preparing complex data in a comprehensible way and making decisions You can reliably meet different disciplines and can accurately moderate requirements
