Head of Unit ZV 6 with responsibility for staff and budgets, as well as responsibility for the strategic and professional development of the unit and its employees and for central organization and governance issues of the institute, in particular: Strategic overall responsibility for the ZV 6 Unit: Personnel, resource and budget responsibility and priorities Change and organisational control: control of complex organisational development processes and further development of organisational structures to support a viable scientific infrastructure Regulatory Management: Responsibility for the creation, bundling and legal control of internal rules, including quality assurance and coordination of recording processes Digital Transformation & Font Management: Strategic control and further development of the Writing Administration, introduction and control of the E-Akte-Bund as well as ensuring revision security in accordance with the Federal Registration Directive Process optimization and administrative modernisation: further development of administrative processes taking into account the requirements of scientific work Compliance Control: Coordination of Central Compliance Thematics and Ensuring Regulatory Implementation

Formal conditions completed academic studies (Master/ Diploma) of the administrative, economic, social sciences, psychology or a comparable subject multiannual leadership experience in the organizational or personnel development, ideally in the public or municipal sector For foreign educational qualifications, we need proof of equivalence with a German degree. Knowledge and experience in the application of established methods of change management, process optimization and project management in the design and control of organisational regulations and a structured regulatory management (e.g. business regulations, organisational decrees, service instructions) in the legally secure design of organizational requirements taking into account the provisions of the relevant Federal Ministry in the moderation and structuring of complex voting processes with different stakeholders safe handling of common Microsoft Office programs Language skills (CEFR level): German C2, English at least.
