As a manager (m/w/d) of our resolution team at the Frankfurt branch, you take over the leadership of a team consisting of construction and project managers. You control tasks proactively, convey our goals and vision and act as a model for your team. Their responsible tasks essentially include: You are responsible for the coordination and capacity planning of the building and project management of turnkey data centers to achieve all project objectives within the time and budget framework By applying and implementing the lean methodology, you continuously optimize processes, increase efficiency and minimize waste in projects along with your team to achieve maximum value creation Your leadership strengthens your team members' competences by encouraging them to take responsibility and make independent decisions You actively promote the performance of your team and identify and accompany individual development measures to develop the full potential of each team member As an interface to technical purchasing, you ensure smooth and efficient project processing Through your proactive action and your eagerness to design, you initiate continuous improvement processes and innovative solutions that are constantly advancing the projects and your team

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, architecture or a similar direction You have several years of professional experience in turnkey construction and project management and have ideally already gained first experience in Data Center projects Ideally, you already bring disciplinary leadership experience with You have deeper knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB and construction You have well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the application of Lean methods for process optimization, efficiency improvement and waste minimisation Communication strength, an independent and structured way of working and enforcement skills You act independently and entrepreneurial Flowing German and English skills (min.
