Auditor Internal Corporate Audit (m/f/d)

Independent risk-oriented planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits along the entire process chain, ensuring compliance with international audit standards (IIA) and guidelines of DIIR as well as compliance requirements and corporate guidelines Analysis of the lived business processes by interviews and data evaluations, comparison of the gained findings with internal specifications, identification and assessment of business risks and the development of recommendations for process optimization and reduction of business risks Creation and distribution of audit report drafts and audit reports Coordination and presentation of audit results and suggestions for improvement with the responsible areas Keeping the agreed measures in place as part of a follow-up and, where appropriate, escalation at the place of “Fachreferent/in Interne Unternehmensrevision” Implementation of internal consulting services and support for external audits Participation in regular updating and improvement of the risk management system Implementation of risk workshops in cooperation with the departments and support in optimising risk understanding within the organization Regular care and review of risk inventory

Completed studies in business management or comparable qualification or commercial vocational training and further training as an internal auditor (e.g. CIA) Professional experience in internal auditing and risk management Funded knowledge in risk management, in particular in core housing fields (e.g. construction, household management, financing) and in the handling of risk management methods Experiences in dealing with audit-relevant examination software, revision techniques and methods as well as in dealing with SAP Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and critical auditing basic attitude Intrinsic motivation to improve processes and generate added value for the company Excellent communication and presentation skills Confidence with relevant laws, regulations and standards (e.g. IIA, DIIR, knowledge in accounting, GoBD, Controlling, KonTraG, HGrG, COSO, municipal legislation, VOB)
