Project Management & Coordination: Planning, coordination and implementation of projects and management of the project team and internal and external stakeholders Date, Cost & Quality Management: Ensuring project objectives by monitoring dates, budgets, quality and early introduction of measures Customer & Stakeholder Management: Coordination of communication with customers, partners and project participants to ensure successful cooperation Project Controlling & Documentation: Creation and maintenance of project plans, reports and documentation as well as support in costing, claims and risks Project processes & knowledge transfer: further development of standards, processes and digital project processes as well as securing know-how transfer and Lessons Learned
