Senior Project Manager Configuration Management (w/m/d) The 'Configuration Management (CM)' section with its five departments ensures that the CM processes are applied effectively in the project and product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are efficiently completed. This ensures that the project and product targets are provided with low risk in the performance, time and cost framework. The employees of the area are assigned to the project core teams via the product and project cycle. You work closely with the project managers and product managers.

CM Responsibility for one or more product lines or Responsibility for complex consortial projects Working in internal and external international project teams as well as coordinating subcontractors and customers Definition and definition of KM interfaces (internal and external), in particular as part of the creation of KM plans in German and English Development of the KM system Ensuring the application of the configuration process Implementation of internal and external change management as well as initial releases (Change Control Boards and Release Boards) Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the KM tools) formation of baselines and building state records, as well as creation of further evaluations and status representations Development of internal offers for new projects/changes in the project

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering or comparable Ability and social competence for implementation or Introduction of KM tasks Skill, presentations to international customers and partners High level of initiative and team capacity as well as proactive communication within the project team and interface areas The necessary fingertips to achieve the balance between compromise and enforcement in conversations and negotiations with customers and contractors (internal / external). Experience in project processing, configuration management and the various KM standards (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.) Flowing German and good English skills Experience in software configuration management and production processes of advantage Advantageous in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)
