As a commercial specialist (m/w/d), you process customer orders, maintain the master data and ensure the correct invoice. You monitor customer payment inputs and support Mahnwesen. As a support for our accounting, you will carefully check and consolidate the invoices. Creditor and debitoral billing complaints will clarify our business partner in the sense of the company and to the satisfaction. You create internal and external evaluations as well as reports. You are a reliable contact person / a reliable contact person for customers, suppliers and specialist departments. Together with the teams of sales and operation, you will ensure the availability by telephone and thus represent the company to the outside.

You have completed commercial training and, preferably, first professional practice in the field of accounting or order processing. In turbulent situations and new topics you can quickly find yourself and keep an overview. Routiniert you work with modern IT applications, especially MS Office and preferably with Conwin and SAP FI.
