Observe, develop and implement: You always have a close look at current trends and new business models in the area of digitalization – across the industry and abroad. Exciting impulses from market observation are evaluated with regard to the opportunities, risks and economic viability associated with the implementation of the KVB and, on this basis, you will develop forward-looking concepts and policy templates.

Coordinating & communicating: As a central contact person, you will review and coordinate the KVB's digitalization topics and projects and ensure smooth cross-division communication to advance the integration of digital solutions across the company. In addition, you regularly exchange with external experts as well as universities and research institutes on digitization topics.

Digitalization strategy: Your responsibility includes the development, coordination and support of the cross-company digitalization strategy. You will take an advisory role for the Management Board and the various departments in the company.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree in the field of digital transformation, automation, e-commerce or a comparable focus.

Expertise & know-how: You have already gained several years of professional experience in project management as well as in the transport, telecommunications or logistics industry. In addition, your extensive experience in the application of creativity techniques (e.g. design thinking), trendscouting and market research is a feature.

Flexibility & mobility: Project-related business trips are a welcome change for you. Not only do you use your very good expressiveness in German and English.

IT knowledge: You bring good user knowledge to MS Office as well as a high affinity for digitization topics and knowledge in handling artificial intelligence.
