Your tasks: Central acceptance, acquisition and structured processing of IT-Support-Tickets in the Workplace environment First Classification and Priority of Incoming Tickets (Dispatcher-Rolle) First Response to users on standard requests Solution of typical first level support cases based on documented and known solutions Targeted forwarding (Dispatching) of complex requests to second level or special teams Support for requests for digital tools, AI applications and licenses Working to relieve IT support in the course of hardware rollouts, device changes and EOL topics Maintenance and updating of documentation, FAQs and ticket categories to continuously improve service quality Active participation in a structured, efficient and user-oriented IT service process

Your profile: Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Applied Informatics or in Adjacent Areas Great interest in IT topics and first touch points with hardware and software Designed, structured and independent working with a strong service and team orientation Very good communication skills and fun in dealing with people Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Very good experience in the application of modern AI-based tools readiness for regular presence on site Very good knowledge of German and English (Business English) in word and writing More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is limited.
