Creation, testing and archiving of shipping and export documents

Processing of all customs formalities and ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Support in transport planning and coordination with logistics partners

Monitoring and maintenance of stocks in finished products

Operational cooperation in the warehouse and shipping processes

A completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification

Secure expertise in customs processing and the corresponding regulations

Routinized handling of office software such as LibreOffice or MS Word/Excel

Good oral and written English skills
