Construction Manager Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, family-run building company specializing in turnkey residential projects in the regional environment. With several locations and a team of around 30–40 employees, the company stands for technical quality, clear processes and a very collegial culture. The projects stand for modern, future-oriented living with individual planning and are implemented exclusively regionally – without great travel and with a working day that ends at home in the evening. In the course of further growth and an increasing project pipeline, the construction line is reinforced in a targeted manner. One to two construction managers (m/w/d) are selected for the turnkey construction. Depending on the experience, you take over one to two parallel projects in multi-storey housing construction. The position is newly created and offers design space and development possibilities – both professionally and personally. .
