Technical Building Manager (m/f/d)

You enter and monitor the technical building equipment as well as the building control technology (GLT) and ensure safe and trouble-free operation. You analyze system states, interference messages and operating parameters and optimize the settings of measurement, control and control technology (MSR). You carry out regular inspections and controls, recognize technical vulnerabilities at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures. You coordinate maintenance and repair work and work closely with external specialist companies and service providers. You accompany and control maintenance, testing and maintenance and document the work done reliably. You support technical reconstruction, renovation and optimization projects and actively contribute to the improvement of energy efficiency and plant availability.

You have completed technical or craft training, for example in building, plant, utility or electrical engineering. You have a good technical understanding and ideally already have experience in handling building control technology (GLT) as well as measuring, control and control technology (MSR). You have experience in monitoring technical installations and performing regular inspections and controls. You work independently, structured and reliable and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You recognize technical disorders quickly, analyze their causes and initiate the necessary measures. You act responsibly, have a high demand for secure building operations and are ready to work into new technical facilities and systems.
