You are responsible for the full pay and salary bills of all employees You are responsible for the implementation of the reporting & certification and are central interface to external contact persons (e.g. health insurance, authorities) You are responsible for the time economy and actively participate in their optimization (control units, evaluations, reporting) You take care of administrative processes such as the maintenance of digital personal files and drive forward digitization and optimization projects around payroll, time management and HR processes You are a competent contact person for executives and employees on the subject of payroll accounting

You have successfully completed a training in the commercial sector or as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification (qualifiers are welcome) You bring several years of professional experience in independent payroll accounting and want to contribute your knowledge to process and system optimization projects You work independently, structured and reliable, with a high demand for their own work quality You are a team player (m/w/d) with a strong hands-on mentality, who likes to take responsibility and engage in new topics Ideally, you already have experience with digitization projects in the payroll/HR environment
