You are the face of the bank and are responsible for our core business in your branch. You are responsible for the purchase and sale of international travel funds and exchanges of funds. You buy and sell precious metals for one of the highest sales of precious metals in Germany. You take deposits and send money to all parts of the world. Also present our products and are responsible for the active sale of additional products.

You already have experience in customer service, ideally also with cash registers and switches. You have preferably acquired these in retail, hotel or bank. With English you can cross language barriers, other foreign languages are advantageous, but no need. In labour-intensive situations, too, you keep the overview and cannot be rested.
